Solar scheduling, on-device
Anchor any program to local sunrise or sunset with an offset. Hydrega computes the times itself from your location — accurate to about a minute, adjusting all year. No cloud needed.
Hydrega schedules your garden around real local sunrise and sunset, sequences every zone safely, and skips watering when rain is on the way. Control it from your phone when you want — but it keeps your garden alive whether or not the cloud is reachable.

Why Hydrega
Reliable enough to trust with your water and your power — clever enough to save both.
Anchor any program to local sunrise or sunset with an offset. Hydrega computes the times itself from your location — accurate to about a minute, adjusting all year. No cloud needed.
Programs run one zone after another, never more than your power supply can drive. A current budget and a hard per-run cutoff keep your water and wiring safe.
Skip scheduled runs when rain is forecast, and wire in an optional rain sensor for ground truth. Stop watering the lawn during a downpour without lifting a finger.
Scale every run by a percentage and limit programs to a date range — dial watering down in spring and up in the height of an Iberian summer, without rebuilding schedules.
Use the iOS, Android or web app on your home network — or securely over the internet when you pair the device. Same controls either way; the app prefers your LAN and falls back to the cloud.
New features and fixes arrive as signed OTA updates with safe rollback. Your controller gets better over time and never needs to be unplugged to update.
Setup in minutes
No hub, no subscription, no account required to get going.
Connect your 24VAC solenoid valves to the labelled zone terminals and power it up.
Open the app and pair over Bluetooth — or use the built-in Wi-Fi setup page. Hand it your Wi-Fi if you want remote access.
Pick your location once so sunrise/sunset can be computed, name your zones, and set your current budget.
Choose a fixed time, sunrise or sunset anchor with an offset, add seasonal adjust, and you're watering.
Zones & scheduling
Each schedule picks a single start anchor — a fixed time, sunrise, or sunset — and runs its zones in order. Want morning spray and an evening drip top-up? Create two schedules. Hydrega resolves real local times for you and respects daylight-saving changes automatically.

FAQ
No. Once a location is set, sunrise and sunset are computed on the device and your schedules run autonomously — forever — with no cloud. Internet only adds remote control from anywhere and weather-based rain skip. If your Wi-Fi or our cloud is down, your garden still gets watered.
Set your location once. Hydrega computes local sunrise and sunset on the device using the NOAA solar equations — accurate to about a minute. Anchor a program to sunrise or sunset with an offset (for example, start 30 minutes before sunrise). The times shift correctly through the year and across daylight-saving changes.
Standard 24VAC solenoid valves on the mains/USB-powered models, and latching solenoids on the battery model (so it draws no holding current). Models come with 2, 4 or 8 zones, plus an input for an optional rain sensor.
No. Setup and local control need no account at all. Create one (sign in with Google) only if you want to control your controller over the internet. We never store your Wi-Fi credentials — those stay on the device.
Our first market is Iberia — Portugal and Spain — with the app and site in English. Hydrega works anywhere with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, since solar times are computed from your location on-device.
